We’ve been working with Dr. Jeff Brown at Foundation Chiropractic for over 1.5 years now, and I recently had the chance to hop on camera and talk to him to see where his practice is now. Here are some nuggets from his story:
- No calls and no shows were a problem, but we created a solution that fixed it at scale (around 2:50)
- Jill’s Office LLC was brought in to help improve schedule rate when the in-house staff was struggling to schedule more than 50% of the leads (which takes lead follow-up off their plate – around 3:40)
- Before working with me, he used to run 5-7 events/screenings per year. This last year, he only did 1 – and yet still grew his practice’s monthly collections by 30%. A lot of those events aren’t around anymore, so if he exclusively relied on those screenings for new patient volume, he would have been in big trouble (around 8:30)
- Due to how great things have been for him, and due to the consistency of the business we’ve been able to bring him, he’s going to be opening a second practice within a few months (around 10:35).
