When Dr. David Sedghi, DC and I first spoke together, he was 3-4 months away from buying his practice. At the time, his goal was to hit 100-200 visits per week within the next 12 months, and the practice he was buying averaged about 60 visits per week at the time.
Once we actually launched ads 4 months after our first call together, he ended up finishing his first month at 134 average visits per week – demolishing his 12 month goal in just the first month and a half.
Now, we started working on helping him hit his stretch 12 month goal of 200 visits per week – which happened just 3 months later.
And now? His average visits per week are sitting at 233, and all of a sudden Dr. Sedghi is now running out of space in his office and needs to figure out how to streamline his office flow so he can eventually end up around 300 visits per week – he hit his 5 year goal in 5 months, so these are some great problems to have!
